Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Participate in projects according to the temporarily assigned project role. May act as technical lead.
Handles all aspects of a project, as needed, to include customer interface, modeling, detail drawings, analysis, documentation, assembly support and testing.
Provides technical support on STR developed products.
Performs conceptual design work and engineering analysis.
Writes and reviews technical proposals and specifications.
Interfaces with customers and project managers.
Provides engineering status and progress reports.
Creates complete design packages with BOM.
Performs product testing onshore and offshore, writes testing procedures, & build specialized testing equipment.
Develop relationships within the department and across the organization, including clarifying responsibilities, expectations and deliverables.
In project role perform work as required by the project specific assigned role and in accordance with Oceaneering HSE policy, Management processes and quality requirements.
Contribute to the effective and continuously improved work methods and processes of the department, within the organization line and with respect to Oceaneering regarding:
Tools (software systems, procedures)

Education and/or Experience
Engineering degree and longer relevant work experience.
