Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose

Thisfixed-term jobexists tosupportthecreationofmultipletrainingvideosandsupportingdocumentation fortherolloutoftheGlobalOneNDTandPaperless Inspectionprojects.

Functions

ESSENTIAL

  • Supportpreparationofstoryboardsandscripts forthetrainingvideos.

  • Write userreferencedocumentation foreachof theindividualinspectiontechniquessupportedbythe Paperless InspectionSystem.

  • Assisttheleadtechnicalauthoras required.

NON-ESSENTIAL

  • Attendprojectmeetings.

  • Attendmeetings with serviceproviders.

  • Assist inpreparationofprojectreports.

  • AssistwithtechnicaldocumentationfortheLead Engineer.

Safety

EnsurethattheSafetypolicies and proceduresareunderstood andadheredtoasfarasisreasonablypracticableinorder to ensureasafeworkingenvironment.

Other

CarryoutworkinaccordancewiththeCompanyHealth,Safety,EnvironmentalandQualitySystems.

Performtheassignedtasks with duediligenceregardingtheIntegratedManagementSystems on theCompany.Eliminatewasteofwhateverform,tosuggesttheuseofmoreenvironmentallyfriendlysubstancesand practicesand contributetothecontinuousimprovementoftheenvironment.

  • Skilledinwriting technicaldocuments in English
