Duties & Responsibilities


To assist the NDT operations department with administration duties.



  • Uploading training and qualification certificates onto the internal database
  • Verification of certificates
  • Booking medicals, training and any travel/ accommodation required for technicians
  • Filing of NDT Paperwork
  • Assist with updating technician competency
  • Assisting with sub contractor invoicing
  • Assist with time entry for all Aberdeen NDT technicians into Peoplesoft
  • Maintaining the recruitment database with up to date accurate information
  • Undertake any other duties as required by management to assist completion of work and projects

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.

Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.

Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities

Reporting Relationship

  • Reports to the Office Manager and Senior Operations Manager.




  • Educated to Standard Grade / National 5 level


  • Administrative or Business Studies related qualification
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with a good attention to detail
  • Flexible to changes in the workplace
