Position Summary


  • Determines the US domestic and international cash positions on a daily basis
  • Manages the opening and closing of bank accounts
  • Updates and manages bank accounts (i.e., updating signatories, managing corporate resolution charges, bank system changes and fraudulent activity)
  • Tracks and evaluates all bank charges via bank fee analysis to ensure accuracy and/or items for negotiation
  • Executes wires, transfers, and disbursements
  • Executes foreign currency transactions and resolves issues related to settlement and delivery
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls, group policies and procedures in day-to-day cash management operations, cash pooling structure and netting policy
  • Ensures external compliance with SOX controls, IFRS, US Patriot Act, AML, Dodd-Frank and other rules governing cash transactions and banking
  • Manages third-party debt payments
  • Manages intercompany loan portfolio
  • Administers worldwide corporate credit card program


  • Assists with cash flow forecasts
  • Assists with special projects as needed
  • Performs troubleshooting and ad-hoc analyses as required



  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance or Accounting)
  • Minimum five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in domestic and international Treasury Operations
  • Experience with treasury workstations, bank systems, Bloomberg Fx and database software


  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification
  • Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment
