Position Summary

Purpose

This position requires the incumbent to play a key role in suporting the Sabic Project Team to ensure delivery of sevices to client in line with the project plan

Duties & Responsibilities

Functions

Assist in the population of spreadsheets and database.

Interface with suppor services to ensure that workflow is efficient.

Support the preparation of timesheets and invoices.

Maintain filing systems/databases.

Assist with the maintenance of project registers and project plans.

Assist in retrieval of project specific technical data.

Assist in the preparation and collation of client reporting.

The list of job duties is not excusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake tasks that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.

Assist with any other duties as and when required.

Undertake specific projects as instructed by management.

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.

Required

Minimum Standard Grade Education

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics

Ability to communicate well in English both orally and writing

Previous experience in a technical assistant role
